A relaxed atmosphere with jazz playing The Smokehouse is the perfect spot to hang out with your friends or the family. The Smokehouse offers both pizza and some mighty tasty smoked meats. The menu offers traditional favorite pizzas such as Pepperoni & Hawaiian to toppings for the more adventurous palate such as their Thai Chicken or Joe's Philly Cheese Steak which is a hand tossed crust topped with creamy alfredo brisket bell peppers mushrooms & parmesan. The real reason to check out the Smokehouse is the Barbecue. The meats are smoked in their Southern Pride rotisserie smoker with local aged apple wood. They offerPulled Pork Beef Brisket Corned Beef Smoked Rib Meat Sausage & St. Louis Style Ribs. My favorite must have item every time I go is the mashed potatoes. More of a smashed potato style with just the right amount of seasonings. Another must try the Homemade Potato chips! You never know what they maybe cooking up. Last time we stopped in the grill was fired up out front with fresh local corn slathered with mayo dusted with BBQ rub and rolled in grated cheddar all compliments of the owner Yum!

New & just a couple of months since opening day Dew is quickly becoming a favorite eatery for those in The Valley. Just off the BYU campus on 800 N. Provo this refreshing cafe features Vietnamese style food & more. The Banh Mi sandwiched served on real french baguette takes the flavors of fresh cucumber pickled carrot daikon topped with homemade mayo & pate. Add your choice of Lemongrass Pork, Bulolgi Beef or others meats for the perfect blend of flavors to make you crave these sandwiches everyday. Rather have it with rice? You can order a rice box. The popular Asian Boba Bubble Drinks are also served up at Dew. The blended ice drinks have large tapioca pearls at the bottom with over 20 flavors including coconut and pink guava. Another great place for dessert Dew has dark chocolate tarts, blueberry pie and the smoothest creamiest creme brulee around. As a joke owner Andrew added Utah Heritage Jello to the menu. Orange Jalapeno Black Cherry Red Cherry & Raspberry Marshmallow are a few of the past flavors. They have become wildly popular and sell out quickly. Prices are terrific the food even better well worth the trip over to Provo's East side.

With it's wood fired brick oven fresh flowers on the tables and art on the walls you know as soon as you walk into Pizzeria Seven Twelve that you are walking into a place that pays special attention to the details. As Yael Naim and Allison Krause play in the back ground you can settle into an upscale relaxing atmosphere and swear you were in new happening eatery in San Fransisco. Pizzeria Seven Twelve is also about pure natural sustainable foods that are locally grown when ever possible. The Caprese salad made of locally grown Jacob's Cove Farm heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil topped with fresh cracker pepper fine sea salt and whole leaves of fresh basil is a rare culinary treat in The Valley. The hand tossed thin crust brick oven pizzas are served fresh from the oven topped with things such as smoked prosciutto hand pulled mozzarella sliced garlic & caramelized mushrooms. In the intimate setting you will see owners and chefs Colton & Joseph preparing your order. Be sure to try the desserts. I sampled the locally grown raspberry & peach cobbler in individual ramekins served with Spotted Dog vanilla ice cream. The flavors blended so perfectly. Pizza or panini real sugar cane Coke or french pressed coffee this is The Place to eat in our Sweet Valley.
