I love peppermint and I love chocolate. Hand dipped chocolate peppermint sticks are a yummy gift to give to friends neighbors with some hot cocoa or as a stocking stuffer for the kids.





Hand Dipped Chocolate Peppermint Sticks
Supplies:
~Peppermint sticks -we used the Bobs Soft Peppermint sticks but any candy sticks will work
~ Quality Dipping Chocolate
~Sprinkles or other yummy item to decorate the chocolate covered sticks
1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
2. Melt a good quality chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler.
3. Swirl peppermint sticks in chocolate lightly shaking off the excess chocolate
4. Let cool partially and roll in crushed peppermint, sprinkles or swirl melted white chocolate over them
5. Allow chocolate to harden
6. Put in cellophane baggies and tie with a pretty festive bow attach lovely tag then give to those you love or swirl one in a cup of homemade cocoa.

Where did you buy your peppermint sticks. I am trying to find those same ones and haven't had much luck.

I found these Bobs soft peppermint sticks at the Walmart in Orem a couple of weeks ago but.... I haven't seen any this week good luck searching

I made these for my christmas dinner!! Made one to set at each persons place!! They tasted sooo good! I used dark chocolate.
