Lifestyle * Summer and The Fourth of July

Pinwheels are so much fun in the summer.  This Fourth of July make some for your holiday picnic table center pieces.

The supplies you will need are:

  • Fourth of July themed paper
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch
  • Small brads
  • Red white and blue pencils

Cut your paper into squares-the size depends on the size you would like your finished pin wheels. Find the center of the square and trace a circle between 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Cutting from each corner on the diagonal, cut until you reach the edge of the center circle.

Punch a whole on every left corner tip. Then punch a hole in the very center of the square.

Fold each hole punched corner to the center layering in order. Thread the brad through the holes. Push the brad tip into the eraser of your pencil. Simple, cute and a great party favor too.
 Happy Independence Day!
